Do you love Lavender? A new Sarasota store is on its way that is everything lavender. This pretty, purple plant has powerful benefits. Some studies have shown it’s even an effective treatment for medical conditions dealing with neurological disorders of the nervous system, while others have also shown that lavender essential oil can help with insomnia, hair loss, anxiety, stress, and postoperative pain. The new downtown store Pelindaba Lavender is celebrating its grand opening from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 15th. The shop sells lavender products made with organic flowers and essential oils from San Juan Island in the state of Washington. The new store is located at 45 S. Palm Ave., Sarasota.
