Coming to downtown Sarasota’s Rosemary District December of 2018, The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is a lifestyle boutique that celebrates the mid-century Sarasota Modern School of Architecture movement.

The 89-room boutique hotel is designed in the Sarasota Modernist tradition, with crisp architectural lines, lush tropical atmosphere, and design elements that prioritize natural sunlight. The hotel features a 150-seat, locally-sourced restaurant named after Sarasota Modern architect, Paul Rudolph, as well as art based on the work of influential Sarasota artist, Syd Solomon.

The Rosemary District is located within walking distance of downtown Sarasota Main Street and the performing arts district, Bay-front Park and Marina Jack, the Historical Village of downtown Sarasota at Gillespie Park, and within quick access to the North Trail, St. Armand’s Circle and Sarasota beaches.
